SenOxy Warranty & Refund Policy                                                                                        1. Comprehensive Warranty Coverage SenOxy stands behind the craftsmanship and reliability of our hyperbaric chambers and wellness equipment: • Chamber Body & Shell: 2-Year Limited Warranty covering structural integrity and craftsmanship. • Core Components (Air Compressors, Oxygen Concentrators, Pressure Valves): 1-Year Limited Warranty for replacement parts. • Lifetime Technical Support: Complimentary remote technical support, video diagnostics, and maintenance guidance for the entire lifespan of your equipment.                                                                                                                   2. Transit Inspection & Damage Protection All orders are shipped fully insured in export wooden crates. • Inspection upon Arrival: Please inspect the crate upon delivery. If any exterior damage is observed, note it directly on the carrier’s delivery receipt. • Fast Replacement: Contact us within 48 hours at support@senoxylife.com with photos or videos. We will immediately dispatch original replacement parts free of charge.               3. Cancellation & Return Guidelines Due to the specialized nature, high freight costs, and health standards of hyperbaric equipment: • Cancellation before Dispatch: Full refund if cancelled prior to freight booking and palletization. • 30-Day Defective Guarantee: If a unit arrives with an unresolvable functional defect within 30 days of delivery, we will arrange a replacement or refund. • Change-of-Mind Returns: Returns for non-defect reasons must be pre-authorized, in unused original crated condition, and the customer is responsible for return freight costs plus a 15% restocking fee.
