SENOXY SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY Last updated: September 21, 2026 SenOxy ships specialized wellness equipment to private residences, wellness facilities, spas, clinics, and commercial locations. Shipping methods, costs, delivery times, and installation requirements vary according to the product, destination, site conditions, and order configuration. 1. SHIPPING COSTS Shipping charges for hyperbaric chambers, cryotherapy chambers, infrared saunas, red light therapy beds, and other oversized or heavy equipment are not included in the displayed product price unless expressly stated otherwise. Shipping costs are quoted separately based on: - Product dimensions and weight; - Delivery destination; - Selected shipping method; - Required delivery services; - Site-access conditions; - Customs or import requirements; and - White-glove delivery or installation requests. Customers will receive the applicable shipping charge during checkout, in a written quotation, or before the order is confirmed. 2. DELIVERY OPTIONS Standard Freight Delivery Large and heavy equipment is generally shipped through a professional freight carrier. Standard freight service typically delivers the packaged or crated product to the curb, driveway, loading area, or another carrier-accessible location. Standard freight delivery does not include indoor placement, unpacking, assembly, installation, packaging removal, stair carry, elevator coordination, or site preparation unless these services are expressly included in writing. White-Glove Delivery and Inside Placement White-glove delivery may be available upon request for selected products and destinations. Depending on the agreed service, white-glove delivery may include: - Scheduled delivery; - Two-person handling; - Indoor placement; - Uncrating; - Basic assembly; and - Removal of packaging materials. Availability and pricing must be confirmed before shipment. Customers must disclose stairs, narrow doors, elevators, restricted access, floor limitations, and other relevant site conditions before accepting a white-glove delivery quotation. Air Express and Parcel Delivery Selected small or medium-sized products may be shipped through DHL, FedEx, UPS, or another international or domestic parcel carrier with tracking. The shipping method shown in the quotation, order confirmation, or shipping notification will apply to the order. 3. ORDER PROCESSING Each product may undergo inspection, testing, calibration, or configuration before dispatch. Typical preparation time for in-stock standard products is approximately 3–5 business days. Customized, made-to-order, commercial, or temporarily unavailable products may require additional time. Processing estimates begin after payment, specifications, delivery details, and any required site information have been confirmed. 4. ESTIMATED TRANSIT TIMES Estimated transit times after dispatch are generally: - Air express or parcel delivery: approximately 7–10 business days; - Ocean or heavy freight delivery: approximately 20–35 business days. These estimates are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary because of the destination, carrier capacity, customs clearance, weather, port congestion, holidays, remote-area delivery, appointment scheduling, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. 5. DELIVERY APPOINTMENTS Freight carriers may contact the customer to arrange a delivery appointment or delivery window. Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact details and remaining available for the scheduled delivery. Additional carrier charges caused by a missed appointment, refused delivery, incorrect address, storage delay, or inaccessible site may be charged to the customer. 6. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND IMPORT CHARGES Responsibility for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, clearance costs, local taxes, and related destination charges will be stated in the applicable quotation or order agreement. Customers must review and approve these terms before the order is confirmed. Unless the written quotation expressly states that such charges are included, customers should not assume that they are included in the product or shipping price. Customers are responsible for providing information or documentation reasonably required for customs clearance. 7. PACKAGING Large equipment may be packed in reinforced export-grade wooden crates or other protective freight packaging. Smaller products may be packed in cartons or other appropriate protective materials. Customers should retain all packaging until the product has been inspected and confirmed to be free from shipping damage. 8. SHIPPING INSURANCE Shipping insurance is not automatically included unless it is expressly stated in the written quotation, invoice, order confirmation, or shipping documents. Where insurance is included, the applicable coverage and claim process will be determined by the carrier’s or insurer’s terms. 9. INSPECTION UPON DELIVERY Before signing the delivery receipt or Bill of Lading, customers or their authorized representatives should inspect the exterior packaging for visible damage. If visible damage is found: - Record the damage on the delivery receipt or Bill of Lading before signing; - Take clear photographs of all sides of the packaging; - Photograph any damaged product or components; - Retain all packaging and shipping documents; and - Contact SenOxy as soon as possible. Transit damage should be reported within 48 hours of delivery whenever reasonably possible. Prompt reporting helps SenOxy investigate the issue and submit any available carrier claim. Customers should not discard damaged components, packaging, crates, or shipping documents before receiving written instructions. 10. DELIVERY ACCESS AND SITE RESPONSIBILITY Before ordering large equipment, customers are responsible for confirming that the delivery location can safely accommodate the product. Important considerations may include: - Doorway, hallway, stairway, and elevator dimensions; - Loading access and parking restrictions; - Floor strength and available space; - Electrical voltage and outlet requirements; - Ventilation and environmental requirements; - Building or property-management rules; and - Any equipment or personnel required for unloading or placement. SenOxy is not responsible for additional costs or failed delivery caused by inaccurate site information or undisclosed access restrictions. 11. ADDRESS CHANGES Customers should verify the delivery address before confirming the order. Address changes requested after production, freight booking, or dispatch may not be possible and may result in additional charges or delays. 12. DELAYS SenOxy will provide reasonable assistance when a shipment is delayed. However, delivery dates are estimates, and we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, severe weather, port congestion, public holidays, government actions, force majeure events, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. 13. LOST, DAMAGED, OR INCOMPLETE SHIPMENTS If a shipment appears lost, damaged, or incomplete, contact SenOxy with: - Your name and order number; - The product model; - Tracking or freight information; - Delivery documents; - A description of the issue; and - Relevant photographs or videos. SenOxy will review the available information and may coordinate with the carrier, provide replacement parts, arrange technical support, or offer another appropriate remedy according to the circumstances. 14.
