1. Delivery Options

Standard Freight with Liftgate Delivery (Curbside)

Available for heavy freight shipments. Shipping costs are quoted separately based on the product, destination, and required delivery service.
Transported via professional freight carrier with a hydraulic liftgate truck.
The carrier will call 24 hours prior to schedule a delivery appointment window.
The crate will be delivered safely onto your property driveway or curb.

White-Glove Delivery & Inside Placement (Available Upon Request)

Recommended for multi-person hard-shell chambers and multi-level residences.
Includes scheduled two-person inside delivery, placement into your room of choice, professional uncrated assembly, and complete removal of all packaging debris.

2. Processing & Transit Times

Quality Inspection & Calibration: Each unit undergoes a 48-hour pressure test and electrical calibration before packaging (typically 3–5 business days).
Transit Time (Air Express): 7–10 business days worldwide.
Transit Time (Ocean & Heavy Freight): 20–35 business days depending on destination port and customs clearance.

3. Packaging & Transport Safety

All hard-shell chambers and heavy machinery are encased in export-grade, heavy-duty reinforced wooden crates with internal shock absorption padding.
Shipping insurance is not automatically included unless expressly stated in the applicable quotation, invoice, order confirmation, or shipping documents.

4. Inspection Upon Arrival

Please inspect the external wooden crate upon delivery before signing the Bill of Lading (BOL). If you notice any visible damage to the exterior packaging:

Make a note of the damage directly on the delivery receipt/BOL before signing.
Take clear photographs of the crate from multiple angles.
